To bring your newly formed sales team to profitability expeditiously, using the DISC profile combined with the Keller Personality Assessment (KPA), your Teamerage team should seek a high job fit match for one or more of the following:
Agent (single), Agent (mega), Team listing agent, Team buyer agent, Team inbound sales, or Team outbound sales. Teamerage members should have the D (Driver) and I (Influencer) above the midline for consideration to join.
Evolve Virtually Teamerage will deliver a custom URL application link for each participating market center. Upon identifying a proper behavioral match, Market Center leadership and/or Teamerage owners shall encourage candidates to apply and direct them to the assigned URL to begin the screening, and KPA interviewing process. It is strongly encouraged that the Team Leader and/or Teamerage Owner(s) validate the KPA with each Teamerage candidate. Evolve Virtually Teamerage drivers will conduct the following:
1. Job fit interview
2. Thought process interview
3. Life story interview
4. Motivational Interview
Once the mutual agreement of expectations has been determined, Evolve will begin the onboard process by delivering the Teamerage team agreement, Sales training calendar, Weekly accountability reports.
Missing Person Report
We are searching for a real estate agent who can push past fears and rejection, who is learning-based, coachable, accountable, and available on most weekends. The person we seek, with urgency, wants to attend a fast-track training program to reach high-income goals. This person is willing and able to join 1-2 networking groups, actively meet people, build relationships, and generate personal leads. We are looking for agents who, with proper training, can consider themselves to be a "closer" and commit to delivering and closing buyer and seller agreements to hold 5-10 signed arrangements at all times.
