Our Goal is To provide a shared expense model for teamerage owners to access an experienced team driver, exceptional training, and the value of having a support team.

Evolve Virtually is a virtual assistant (VA) company that was created to help realtors and business owners scale their businesses with an entire team of overseas professionals that have been behaviorally profiled and trained to run various departments within our organization. All of our VAs have either a Bachelor's or a Master's degree from a distinguished university and have +2 years of relevant experience in their department.

Let's face it, there are various aspects to supporting a thriving real estate business, and early adopters of other virtual assistant models relied on one individual to wear many hats. At Evolve Virtually, we know each hat requires a different and unique set of experiences. Personality profiles and work-life experiences. It's difficult for one VA to manage various projects easily when their behavior profile suggests they may have been a better fit for a different role.

EXECUTIVE VA

The Role of your

The Executive VA (EVA) role is vital to the everyday operation of Teamerage. These EVAs are highly trained to drive businesses forward within KW Command and serve as the team's co-driver by managing the weekly KPI reports for the team coach while assisting the team in integrating and using Command for their everyday business activities.  All EVA’s have a minimum of two years relevant experience as a  Sales manager or Team Leader.

Tracks Leads and inputs to Command

Smart Plans and CRM manager

Drive the team GPS, 411

Compiles Reports to measure against KPI

Agent Reports and Spreadsheets

Provides Guidance and Support for the daily and weekly tasks for the team
