Bernadette Hurley
CEO
A naturally gifted coach and leader with over 25 years of real estate experience. Her passion goes beyond real estate. Overall her goal is to help people achieve success and leave a legacy for their achievements.
Bernadette began her real estate career at Keller Williams Realty SW Houston in 1998 and grew her team to 210 units annually. Upon retiring from sales in 2016, she became a Productivity Coach then a Team Leader.
As a husband/wife Productivity Coaching team, in the two years of coaching, they groomed and produced over 18 REALTORS with a cumulative average of $ 12 million in annual production today.

Effortlessly, Bernadette pivoted into her role as a full-time coach in 2019, nationally servicing real estate brokers and owners across all brands to organize, grow and scale their businesses.
Bernadette founded Evolve Virtually to train Virtual Assistants with the same method and systems she used to build her administrative team to support her real estate business. Her experience building and running a fast-paced real estate team allows Evolve Virtually Members to grow their business with the best outcome possible using a high-level task-oriented road map. Her intimate knowledge of the Philippine culture gives her the advantage of providing the best training available to Real Estate Virtual Assistants.
Christina Husch
COO
A Senior Manager for Fortune 100 company for ten years. Her responsibilities included seeking out new technologies to influence global tasks and rolling out these technologies to the company. Christina oversaw automation, software, and process improvements for the Global Tax Organization.
Now, as the Chief Operating Officer of Evolve Virtually, Christina brings a decade plus experience as a Director for a Big 4 Accounting firm, consulting multiple Fortune 500 companies. This expertise in evaluating current processes and transitioning them to a more efficient tax department delivers insights unique to Evolve Virtually and how to streamline our operations.
Christina's strong leadership, productivity, and efficiency contribute to Evolve Virtually and our customers. Her experience with automation allows Evolve Virtually to deliver our unique "Team" model to the industry.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys volunteering in her community, playing pickleball, and spending time with her husband, two sons and their two dogs.
Bernadette "Dette" Pabustan
Vice President
Dette served as the Regional Director (RD) for Keller Williams World Wide in the Philippines. She successfully launched three Market Centers and brought 6 into the process before stepping into her role as Vice President of Evolve Virtually.
Dette was one of the Pioneering Team leaders in the Philippines KW system leading up to her role as RD. Her experience with KW Command and the KW ecosystem affords our VAs the advantage of learning from one of the very best sources in the country.
Dette has 16 years of global real estate experience and has served in various roles within multinational real estate companies.
She lived and worked in Dubai in many real estate roles… from Sales Coordinator, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Executive to General Manager, where she trained, motivated, and managed agents and administrative staff to help them build successful real estate careers.
Outside of work, she loves to sing, travel, and spend most of her time with her family.
Chris Hurley
Director of Training
Many Keller Williams agents know Chris as the "Scripts Jedi," providing scripts and real estate conversations to hundreds of agents across the United States on his daily zoom call. Chris is a KWU Approved Trainer. He takes pride in delivering both KWU content and his own content to drive results with his attendees.
Chris is also a skilled trainer/presenter on all aspects of the real estate process and has been training agents throughout the country since 2016.
Chris and Bernadette worked together to create a cohesive coaching business to meet the demands of real estate professionals all over the country. They were acknowledged in the New York Times best-seller, “Shift,” for their expertise.

Christine Anderson
Director of U.S.A. Sales
For over 25 years, Christine has been a noteworthy leader in Sales. Christine joined Evolve Virtually in 2022 with a history of food service, pharmaceuticals, and home builder sales. She received awards from Fortune 500 companies that she worked with for outstanding performance and exceeding goals.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Business, and she is also working on getting her real estate appraisal license. She currently resides in Dripping Springs, Texas.
As the US Director of Sales, Christine meets with all potential members to answer questions about Evolve Virtually, share our business model, and begin the onboarding process.

Outside work, Christine enjoys music, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. She has one daughter that plays softball and keeps her busy. In the Fall of 2023, her daughter will attend Oklahoma State University and participate in their softball program.
