ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONVERSION COACHING
(CO-DRIVER OF THE TEAM)

Teamerage agents will work with an accountability coach to identify personal goals and drive lead generation for results.  Our coaches challenge agents to think competitively and strategically, take action and accountability, and work within our team systems while creating personal systems and processes for a better unique workflow.

The Teamerage coaching team consists of high achievers who motivate and lead people to drive results. They are goal-oriented and are driven by helping agents succeed. They are familiar with behavioral styles and can coach agents to utilize behavioral selling within their business. Our coaching team have all demonstrated the ability to close a minimum of $10mil annual production.

Group coaching is 60-90 minutes weekly, conducted by zoom and driven by high accountability reports of lead generation, lead management, pipeline, and the 4-1-1. Coaching sessions are conducted 44 weeks per year. $1200/mo
