A NOTE FROM EVOLVE VIRTUALLY
Thank you for taking the time to read and consider the Evolve Virtually Teamerage Model.
I have been with Keller Williams Realty since 1998 and have walked the KW journey from building a Mega Team to being an Investor in MC #25 Houston SW, a Productivity Coach, and a Team Leader. I have spent the past 25 years assisting agents in achieving their goals and creating their legacy. I've had the pleasure of being in the 2008 Spring Masterminds Group and recognized in the book, SHIFT. The timeline of my journey within Keller Williams allows me to be one of the few who have taught Camp 443, 36:12:3, and Ignite to our agents.

The riddle of the Teamerage concept is how to build the team and identify "Who" will be driving it. KW Brokerages all over the country are trying to find the right model to launch and the right driver to take it to profitability. Whichever Teamerage model you are building, they all require an experienced driver to deliver training, lead generation, lead conversion and high-level accountability while offering leverage to support the administrative tasks of a 7th-level organization. This is where I would like to introduce the Evolve Virtually Playbook for brokerages considering the Team Model. As a Virtual Assistant company driven to support MREA principles, we have solutions that can solve a few of your riddles. Our model identifies many "Who's and How's" for each of the Teamerage Models (Dependent Model or Team Model).
You will find our approach is grounded in MREA models and driven through leverage and leadership. All four models are detailed on the following pages; Economic Model, Budget Model, Lead Generation Model, and Organizational Model.

Our Director of Training, Chris Hurley, is a KWU-approved trainer. He is also known as the "Scripts Jedi" to hundreds of KW agents who attend his daily scripts and role-play sessions. The Fast Track to Sales training calendar consists of classes driving the technique and delivery of sales and conversion, along with content written by KWU. Chris and I had the pleasure of running a Productivity Coaching program as co-coaches. Our track record of creating 18 cappers with a combined average sales volume today of $12mil per capper in a 2.5-year period gives us confidence in our training curriculum and accountability program for your Teamerage agents to drive results.
I hope for the opportunity to speak with you and thank you for your consideration.
